Mazel Tov to Sharon and Steve Nachman on the marriage this past week of their son Jonathan and Danielle Schlesinger.  Mazel tov as well to Jonathan and Danielle, to Danielle’s parents Ed and Liora Schlesinger, to the grandmothers Hana Ribak and Sarah Schlesinger, and to the entire extended Nachman and Schlesinger families who are here celebrating sheva brachot this Shabbat.

Food Pantry
The Mid-Island Y JCC Is proud to announce Project Replenish. With support from the local Jewish community, we are helping to alleviate hunger insecurity among our neighbors. The Jewish Communal Fund Food Pantry at the Mid-Island Y JCC provides seniors, individuals and families with essential food, toiletry and household items. Donations will benefit the Mid-Island Y JCC’s Jewish Communal Fund Food Pantry & The Hatzilu Rescue Organization.  The donation bin is located in the coatroom. No glass or expired food, please.​​​

Each month our meshebayrach list is purged and rebuilt from scratch.

Eiruv Matzahs
The eiruv matzahs can be found under the Aron Kodesh in the Beis Midrash.
 
If you want an announcement included in the weekly e-mail, you must send it, in an editable format (no pdf's) to announcements@yiplainview.org ​​​​​​​no later than the Tuesday prior to the Shabbat on which you want the announcement to appear.
