Shiurim
Thursday, 8:00pm, Join us for a special musical evening of Insights, Inspirations and Songs from Sefer Tehillim led by Shelly Portnoy, followed by the recitation of Tehillim at the home of Debbie Taub - in the sukkah, weather permitting. To add or update a name on the Tehillim list, please e-mail Ruth at rlorbert@gmail.com. (NOTE: For the next few weeks, Shelly Portnoy's class will move to Thursday night).  

Wednesday - Yoetzet Avital Weissman will be giving a weekly class on Sefer Bereishit in the Shul. (NOTE: This class will be on hiatus until October 23)

HELPING THOSE IN NEED IN OUR COMMUNITY
The Mid-Island Y JCC Is proud to announce...Project Replenish. With support from the local Jewish community, we are helping to alleviate hunger insecurity among our neighbors. The Jewish Communal Fund Food Pantry at the Mid-Island Y JCC provides seniors, individuals and families with essential food, toiletry and household items. Donations will benefit the Mid-Island Y JCC’s Jewish Communal Fund Food Pantry & The Hatzilu Rescue Organization.  The donation bin is located In the Rabbi’s office. No glass or expired food, please.
