Shiurim
Thursday, 8:00pm, Insights and Inspirations on Sefer Tehillim led by Shelly Portnoy, followed by the recitation of Tehillim at the Portnoy home. To add or update a name on the Tehillim list, please e-mail Ruth at rlorbert@gmail.com. (NOTE: For the next few weeks, Shelly Portnoy's class will move to Thursday night).

Wednesday - Yoetzet Avital Weissman will be giving a weekly class on Sefer Bereishit in the Shul. (NOTE: This class will be on hiatus until October 23)

Mikveh

Mikveh Schedule (please note changes)
Saturday night 8:30pm - 10:00pm (new time)   
Sun & Mon by appointment only
Tuesday  8:30pm - 10:00pm   
Wed - Thurs. 8:00pm - 9:30pm 

The Mikveh will be open for men on Erev Rosh Hashana and
Erev Yom Kippur from 5:30am - 11:00am. Men must bring their own
towels. Donations are encouraged and may be made at the
Mikveh or online at http://www.limikveh.org/Support-Us

Please note that all Kiddushes must be requested and paid for a minimum of one week in advance, except for a bris or a baby naming

HELPING THOSE IN NEED IN OUR COMMUNITY
The Mid-Island Y JCC Is proud to announce...Project Replenish. With support from the local Jewish community, we are helping to alleviate hunger insecurity among our neighbors. The Jewish Communal Fund Food Pantry at the Mid-Island Y JCC provides seniors, individuals and families with essential food, toiletry and household items. Donations will benefit the Mid-Island Y JCC’s Jewish Communal Fund Food Pantry & The Hatzilu Rescue Organization.  The donation bin is located In the Rabbi’s office. No glass or expired food, please.
