Community Events and Notices

Please join us for our weekly Women's Tehillim group in Plainview--on Monday night,
July 21st @ 8:30 pm at the home of Ruth Lorbert

Our group is looking for more women to take part in this important act of chesed. For the past 10 years, we have been gathering together to recite Tehillim (Psalms) on behalf of those who are ill. Many of you in the community have given us names of relatives and friends, and those names are recited aloud each week. If you have submitted a name, please think of taking on a more active role on behalf of your family members and friends, and come whenever you can. Please e-mail Ruth for further information at rlorbert@verizon.net.
